Laboratory approval for measuring equipment

CIRCUTOR has become the first manufacturer in the European Union to attain independent laboratory approval for electrical measuring equipment under the IEC 61000-4-30 standard, published by the EU in February 2003. The standard recommends a measuring method and a minimum accuracy level to ensure a single, uniform quality standard throughout the EU.

Quality of supply is necessary for optimum operation of equipment. It includes both voltage parameters and other electrical variables such as harmonics, flicker, and unbalances affecting wave quality. CIRCUTOR has been manufacturing and marketing approved equipment since November 2003, together with management software that generates a detailed analysis of events or incidents. Data recorded by the equipment can be read remotely via GSM, GPRS, Internet or electric radio link, making daily incident readings easier.
