Luminus sells and distributes gas and electricity to small and medium-sized enterprises, large companies and households. The pricing and quotation system enables Luminus’s users to generate on-the-spot pricing scenarios and proposals tailored to each customer’s needs. In order to remain competitive, the utility needed a solution that would automate the pricing process, analyse trends, and compare the resulting offerings to those of its competitors. LODESTAR’s solution has achieved these goals and increased Luminus’s ability to penetrate new markets.
