As renewable energy projects begin to come online in Asia, the question of how to integrate these intermittent sources of power into the grid is a pertinent one.
Asian Utility Week, taking place on 10-11 June 2014 in Bangkok, will tackle these issues by incorporating Clean Power Asian into the event for the first time.
Daria La Valle, production director of Asian Utility Week, said: “By bringing Clean Power Asia into the Asian Utility Week, we are providing an end to end solution event for anyone working in power in this region.”
Ms La Valle confirmed that bioenergy and its potential in South east Asia will be the main focus for presentations and discussions during the two-day event.
Asian Utility Week will also feature Metering, Billing/CRM Asia and Transmission & Distribution/Smart Grids Asia as part of the show, which is now in its 15th year.
