Scheduling solution improves productivity


Gaz Métropolitan Plus of Canada has experienced significant productivity improvements after implementing ClickSoftware’s ClickSchedule solution in an effort to increase the capacity of its field service technicians, and thereby improve service to customers. A year after the implementation, the utility experienced close to a 20% increase in daily service calls completed per technician.

ClickSchedule schedules jobs based on a variety of user-defined parameters, including resource availability, engineer skill sets, territory, service level agreements and more.
