Spanish multinational conglomerate Acciona has selected ZIV Automation for the supply of protection and control systems for substations the company plans to build between 2021 and 2023.
ZIV Automation has been selected as the preferred SAS supplier and awarded the whole supply of those systems.
ZIV Automation will provide Acciona with a substation automation system for operations and monitoring of substations, a development that will enable Acciona to grow its portfolio of renewables.

The scope of the supply includes the engineering design, the supply of the IEDs, the protection and control cabinets as well as the commissioning services. Most of the projects will be in Spain and Latin America although this cooperation may be extended to other geographical areas.
