He is still an active participant on several industry committees associated with smart grid, DERs and cybersecurity. William has a strong understanding of the principles of IT as related to utility business systems processing along with a strong understanding of the transmission, distribution, gas, and generation business processes. He also was the programme director for over eight transmission, distribution and gas control centers for Eversource during his career.
