The report examines the strategy and execution of 10 companies offering advanced electric vehicle charger management technologies in the vehicle grid integration industry.
Scott Shepard, a senior research analyst with Navigant Research, said: “Enel X has a wide breadth of VGI capabilities and technology offerings, presence in the major markets, and a lengthy track record in advanced VGI demonstrations.
“Nuvve, meanwhile, is a standout in bidirectional charging (V2G) demonstration participation that can trace its history back to the original conceptualisation of V2G. The company has been upgrading its V2G capabilities with the introduction of a broad range of bidirectional chargers, putting it in position to provide a full turnkey V2G solution.”
According to the report:

- VGI market players continue to increase owing to technology innovation.
- Enel X and Nuvve are currently in the strongest position to capture the market opportunity emerging in VGI.
