The ICF have facilitated Ghana’s Integrated Resource and Resilience Plan. A well-facilitated, consultative environment has brought together the central elements of a secure, well-planned energy plan, with training and modelling as integral to their policy of “no regrets” rather than “lowest cost” to ensure sustainability.
