ENGIE has partnered with Salesforce, Accenture and Vlocity to help its customers around the world achieve a zero-carbon future.

The three technology companies will integrate their solutions to provide ENGIE with a unified customer relations management system.

The system to be deployed will help ENGIE to:

  • Address and mitigate climate change
  • Become a leader in the zero-carbon transition
  • Shift from a utility company to a provider of low-carbon energy and services
  • Achieve digital transformation goals
  • Improve customer services, satisfaction, engagement and experience.

Accenture is helping ENGIE to define new business models, optimise operational processes and deploy related IT technologies across the globe.

Vlocity is delivering omnichannel and industry-specific cloud and mobile solutions on the Salesforce Platform. This will help ENGIE to optimise its B2C and B2B customer relationships.

 Salesforce will help ENGIE to improve services to its residential and commercial customers in around 70 countries.
