US utility Nebraska Public Power District has partnered with communications firm Paige Wireless to accelerate the rollout of LoRaWAN wireless communications network across its service region.
The network will enable fast, affordable, secure and resilient data telemetry by the Internet of Things devices

The utility will leverage the wireless network for smart grid communications and security, advanced data collection for grid asset management, and efficient electrification of the Nebraska economy.
