Cayenta Utilities offers new workforce automation solution


Cayenta Utilities and Clevest have partnered to offer Clevest’s workforce automation products alongside Cayenta’s CIS and ERP systems.

The partnership allows Cayenta to act as a reseller for Clevest’s full utility-specific product line for their municipal and cooperative utility customers.

“Cayenta’s utility customers will benefit significantly from Clevest’s unique mobile platform and products. They will be able to manage service and work orders that originate from Cayenta Utilities CIS and ERP systems, as well as other important order types such as outage tickets, inspections and locates – all within the same mobile workforce management platform,” said Barry Dunphy, executive vice president for Cayenta Utilities.

Cayenta Utilities has provided CIS and ERP technology for more than 30 years. The company specializes in customer information systems (CIS), utility billing systems, ERP solutions, financial management systems, accounting systems, and implementations.
