Enel’s Greek arm named the best place to work for


The Global Authority on Workplace Culture (Great Place to Work) has named Enel Green Power’s Greek office as one of the best places to work in 2020, owing to the company’s commitment and passion to sustainability.

 The “Best Workplace 2020” title acknowledges Enel’s ability to develop career paths that promote personal growth for employees while creating a happy and balanced working environment leading to improved performance and results.

Enel’s strategy meets criteria set by Great Place to Work ‘s Trust, Responsibility, Innovation, and Proactivity (TRIP) model.

The recognition follows Enel completing its Kafireas project, the largest wind plant in Greece.

Enel Green Power manages 57 renewable plants in 24 prefectures in Greece, for a total installed capacity of 464 MW. This includes 354 MW of wind, 90 MW of solar and 20 MW from hydropower plants.
