Multinational utility firm National Grid has signed a $150 million digital services contract with Atos.
Atos will provide the utility with digital managed workplace services to enhance operations in the UK and the US.
The solution provider will offer its analytics services to digitally empower National Grid employees and improve end-to-end employee experience and service.
The digital services will include device management and printing services.
The services will be delivered via Atos’ Proactive Experience Center which will integrate automation with AI solutions.
