UK energy company Centrica has acquired US-based energy services and solutions company SmartWatt as part of a total $37 million deal.
SmartWatt’s focus is on helping organisations increase energy efficiency whilst reducing related costs.
The company has completed over 24,000 energy projects for customers such as the University of California, and global logistics company FedEx, and offers solar power solutions, energy efficiency upgrades, building automation, solar water conservation and lighting solutions to the US market.
