Sigfox Smart Gas Meter

The Sigfox smart gas meter is based on the communication operator’s IoT private network, and is composed of a base meter, an intelligent control unit, and a wireless remote transmission unit with a Sigfox communication module. Mechanical Diaphragm Gas Meter

A basic mechanical diaphragm gas meter, with pulse output, is reversed, easy for further retrofit by adding a remote sampling and communication module.

Within the Meter, there are four chambers divided by two diaphragms. The diaphragms move alternately while the gas flows through as different pressure occurs within the four chambers. The gas flow will be calculated after a series of transmission speed shifting mechanisms, and will be displayed on the counter.
