Denver Water digitises customer billing and interaction


In the US states of Colorado, Denver Water has signed a five year deal with Speedpay to improve its customer interaction and billing system.

Speedpay will provide the state’s oldest and largest water utility with tailored payment solutions including eBilling, web, interactive voice response, auto pay and call center payment channels.

Kathie Dudas, Denver Water marketing manager, said: “With Speedpay, our customers can quickly and simply access and pay their water bill in a way that fits easily into their lives.

“Providing payment options in our ever-changing world helps to ensure the best customer experience possible.”

The aim is to improve services to the utility’s 1.4 million customers and optimise revenue collection.

The two have been in partnership since 2007.
