The 2nd annual Metering, Billing/CRM India taking place October 14-16, 2008 in Mumbai, India will offer a broad international focus.
The high-level speakers at this event include several international case studies on AMI, smart metering, billing and CRM. For the first time this year, the event will also be co-located with Smart Grids India, which will discuss infrastructure requirements and technologies to modernize the existing grid infrastructure and change the “dumb grid” into a “smart grid”.
Luiz Garbelotto, head of distribution at Celesc, will share his experiences with an AMI pilot project in Brazil, while Paul Sell, CEO of Energy Market Consulting, Australia will present a cost-benefit analysis for a mandatory AMI rollout.
