2018 saw Australian Utility Week reaching a tipping point regarding its digital transformation theme. Emphasis was placed on providing utilities with the digital tools necessary to create process and resource efficiency.
This year the event attracted a strong core of digital utility executives and their digital partners. This had a positive impact on the value gained by the audience who were digitally focused. The intention was to keep this digital core while building new important themes in the show.
