Zug, Switzerland — (METERING.COM) — June 22, 2007 – Landis+Gyr Enermet, part of the Bayard Group, has released the new AIM 2.3 & 2.4 advanced metering management (AMM) solution, offering enhanced hardware components and new software functionality. Some of the release highlights are AIM Dashboard, an information tool for energy companies’ customer service and reporting purposes, and Enermet E120LiME, a large-scale multi energy meter.

With this information tool customer service staff can easily search, view and control customers’ metering information. Utility management can also use this product for an at-a-glance view of product sales summaries.

Additional renewals are improved usability of the installation efficiency tool AIM Site Manager for multi-user environments, as well as support for new devices Enermet E120LiME and Enermet ET10. The two-way integration platform AIMIA has been extended to cover IT systems like Forum CIS, CAB CIS and EDM (by TietoEnator), ElWin CIS (by Elis), and Customer 9.0 CIS (by WM Data).

Device innovations include the ET10 data logger and control unit, which makes it possible to connect small size single phase Landis+Gyr ZCF meters into the Enermet AIM system. Another product innovation is the E120LiME meter – the first residential smart meter with integrated multi-energy functionality to read multi-energy meters using MBus interface and protocol. The meter has also an RF interface for local reading.
