City of Santa Rosa selects CIS system


Santa Rosa, CA, U.S.A. — (METERING.COM) — September 15, 2008 – The City of Santa Rosa, California has selected Advanced Utility Systems Corporation’s CIS Infinity® to enhance the City’s customer service and customer programs.

The City of Santa Rosa is Advanced’s 14th customer in the state of California. As the seat of Sonoma County, the City of Santa Rosa has a population over 150,000 and is located 55 miles north of San Francisco. The City provides water and wastewater services to its 52,414 customers and bills on a monthly cycle.

Patty Kutches, revenue operations supervisor, commented: “CIS Infinity meet’s the City’s needs in the critical areas of functionality, flexibility and cost.”

The City conducted a comprehensive selection process with the aid of consulting firm, Westin Engineering. Westin, the City and Advanced worked together from scope of work development through contract negotiations.

Implementation of CIS Infinity is set to begin over the next several weeks.
