Hurricane Forces Cancellation of Autovation

AMRA was forced to cancel its 2004 international symposium when Hurricane Jeanne tore through Central Florida on Sunday, September 26 – the same day that Autovation 2004 was scheduled to begin.

Unfortunately this meant that Autovation’s strong educational agenda was not presented. However, registered delegates who were planning to attend specific courses or sessions can contact AMRA headquarters staff, who may be able to provide basic information about those speakers and their presentations. E-mail for more information.

After deliberating with Autovation planners, exhibitors, and a representative group of speakers and delegates, the AMRA leadership decided not to reschedule Autovation 2004. Instead, the association will dedicate its volunteers and resources toward planning next year’s symposium, which takes place 18-21 September 2005 in Long Beach, Calif.

AMRA will contact all pre-registered delegates and exhibitors regarding refund policies as soon as possible.
