Wipro Technologies and Excelergy Corporation have signed a partnership agreement to jointly market, deploy and integrate the complete line of Excelergy platforms, including the CustomerPoint™ CIS/CRM solution. The alliance spans North America, Asia-Pacific, Europe and the Middle East, and will combine the solution integration and support expertise of Wipro with the product-based software technology expertise of Excelergy. Wipro will provide technical helpdesk support to joint Excelergy-Wipro clients, as well as development support for Excelergy’s expanding software product lines.
The CustomerPoint platform provides a versatile, end-to-end customer relationship management, revenue management and billing system for the energy utility industry, offering a single, consolidated customer view across all commodities and products. As part of the agreement, Wipro will resell Excelergy products in select Asia-Pacific markets.
