
In the US, the City of Nixa in the US state of Missouri has issued a tender for an electric distribution mapping system based on an upgrade of ESRI Geo database.
Tender deadline: 6 October, 2015 at 16h00.
The city, which offers water and electricity services, wants to develop a GIS inventory of electric and water meters on system providing the city with the capability of producing maps.
The selected firm will provide layers based on ESRI’s ArcGIS 10.1 or latest release.
The City currently has base map information relating to its electric and water system infrastructure showing:
- Electric Meter location, including size of meter (single or 3 phase), overhead or underground service, type of meter set.
- Water Meter location, including size of meter box, size of meter.
