US Utility Offers Self-service Solutions


Riverside Public Utilities, based in California and provider of electricity to 102,000 customers, with a further 62,000 water metered accounts, has signed an agreement with KUBRA to implement the Platform, i-Direct, i-Pay and i-Market modules within the i-doxs Suite. This will support its online account management and integrated e-billing requirements – the i-doxs Suite will allow the utility to deliver a multi-channel approach to all aspects of its account management and customer self-service offerings.

In addition Riverside Public Utilities wanted a product that could support its requirements for one-time non-enrolled payments, with convenience fees across IVR, call centre and internet channels. By combining e-billing, e-payment and advanced self-service technologies across all customer touch points powered by a common technology platform, the i-doxs Suite offers this option too.
