Abstract: Many energy companies want to move their consumers to online bill payment for the obvious reason, but relatively few have picked up that option. After all, what consumer in their right mind wants to look at their monthly energy bill! You can change that attitude if you change the concept of a progress report, especially when you provide energy insights the consumer can use.
