Abstract: In this paper Tack discusses the notion of customer service. In particular she focusses on technical improvements such as the continuous supply of potable water, the necessity to improve revenue, the method used focused on a rational and strict management of the fleet of water meters,implementing appropriate regulations and reduction of water wastage.
