Dealt with the boardrooms of the most important utilities in the World. Interacted with Energy and Finance Ministers, Regulators and Influencers to shape new regulations and incentives that may facilitate new investments.
The European leadership of the Application Management Services division. Created the organisation, offerings and processes of the new business unit. Created the AMS Outtasking unit, which generates more than € 1 BN of net new revenues for IBM the European leadership of the IBM Consulting Group, which became the fastest growing of the major consulting practices in Europe. Achieved the full annual profit target in just three quarters in 1999.
The foundation of the IBM Consulting group in Italy and its expansion throughout the South of Europe. Moved from nil to the second largest consulting practice in Italy in less than two years.
