The SnoPUD corporate communications department wanted to have greater insight into which customers were experiencing outages and through the various online applications available, they are now able to access information on which substations and circuits the affected customers are on, and can view this information not only via their web browser, but via iPad and phone.

Further integration with work orders and risk management to allow for more efficient research into risks assessment for current outages and work orders.
