Vietnam issues tender for supply of Head End System


Interested candidates are requested to meet up with the bid requirements including:

  • Five years experience in production of electronic meters
  • An average annual revenue between 2012 and 2014 of US$12.3m
  • Two years experience in production of HES
  • The bidder should have in the past ten years completed a project as a contractor or subcontractor of an AMI project of at least worth US$2,6m

The tender falls under the utility’s effort to upgrade its network through a fund received from the International Development Association (IDA).
