Delhi chief minister Sheila Dixit to open high-level Metering, Billing/CRM India


The Chief Minister of Delhi, the Honourable Madam Sheila Dixit, will head up a venerable list of Indian power professionals and global metering technology experts during a meeting in Delhi from 23-25 November to discuss solutions to India’s exploding energy demand and high electricity losses.

Madam Dixit, who has been the Chief Minister of Delhi since 1998, will be the guest of honour at  the Metering, Billing/CRM India conference and exhibition which is a platform for utilities and high-tech suppliers to find solutions to the challenges of the Indian government’s campaign to provide “Power for all” by 2012.  The theme is:  “Transforming the power utility with smart meter and grid technologies.”
