Bill Cloutier is currently the manager on the advanced metering infrastructure (AMI) project at DTE Energy. His responsibilities include leading all technical aspects of the AMI and Meter Data Management (MDM) projects, which are currently in the technology selection phase.
Cloutier has 25 years of broad-based electric utility experience with DTE Energy. He has held several engineering and leadership positions in customer service, information technology, distribution engineering and nuclear generation. He has also managed several key business projects in electric deregulation, billing/metering information systems, distribution reliability improvement and substation design.
DTE Energy is a Detroit-based diversified energy company involved in the development and management of energy-related businesses and services nationwide.
