2007 IPMVP – Coming soon!

EVO is pleased to announce that a revised and updated International Performance Measurement and Verification Protocol (IPMVP) Volume I on Concepts and Options for Determining Energy and Water Savings will be published in early 2007. EVO subscribers will have access to the new IPMVP as soon as it is available.

Volume I defines basic terminology useful in the M&V field. It defines common terminology and good practice in measuring and verifying the effectiveness of energy or water efficiency projects implemented in existing or new buildings or industrial facilities. These terms and practices can be custom applied in preparing the M&V Plan specifying how savings will be measured. Implementation of the M&V Plan will produce transparent reports of actual project performance and enable verification by independent parties.
